Paula Alpha the finance director was very courteous and at no point did we feel that she was trying to push product on us. Last year we purchased an E 350 from another dealership and our experience was totally different. Erika Garcia our product concierge, was also superb. She went over every feature on our C 300, and wrapped up our positive experience with top notch professionalism. We diffidently will recommend MB of the Woodlands to all our friends and family.
