He evidently had everything in motion before I finished explaining the situation. Within four hours, the wrecked vehicle was picked up by conscientious tow truck personnel, the service manager had us lined up, and my mom had another vehicle to use - especially important since she had driven 300 miles to visit here in Houston. Marcos not only brought me a wonderful certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle, but when I returned to the dealership, he had three that were more appropriate for my driving preferences - washed, fueled, and parked out front for me to test-drive. His thoughtfulness, attention to details about what I (really) wanted, expediency in moving documentation quickly to the right places, and professional-yet-personal demeanor impressed both of us.
