We walked into the showroom and New Car Sales Manager Mike Stahl spoke to us and introduced us to George Buchanan and he did an outstanding job of finding us the right new car, taking us for a test drive, and arranging the purchase. Additionally, Arturo Gutierrez carefully walked us through the financial arrangements and Erica Garcia explained all of the benefits of our new car. All in all, it was an outstanding process from start to finish. More

Ok but not Soon Enough Salesman was great and finance was great, just that the car was not ready for me to drive away the day I sign everything. And it wasn't done the day the part arrived. Was really excited to drive away, but that didn't happen. I got a loner car home. And it's said that the salesman will be delivering my car tommorow. Hopefully at least it'll be till tomorrow. Even though it's a used car. I was robbed off the chance to drive my new car off the lot. Didn't like that. But oh well. I Expected more from Mercedes Benz is all . I might be smiling in this pic, but I wasn't sure why exactly he was taking it. Until it was done. Laugh out Loud. More
