Your door is opened and you are welcomed by name. It does not seem to matter what the nature of your visit is ... required maintenance, inflating tires or just a car wash. You are always greeted with a smile (I recommend Mark), directed to their upscale lounge, grab a snack and drink and if you are in for a longer period ... try out a no-charge massage. No pressure selling and overall excellent customer service I was not looking into buying a MB but Arturo did an excellent job of explaining the MB and all it has to offer.
