The second time, I have used this dealership on 3 occasions now for service. The first visit was for routine maintenance, and the service was great. The second time, my 'check engine' light was on. I was able to take my car in on a Saturday morning and it was ready by Monday afternoon. They also arranged for me to have a loaner car which was very convenient. Today, I took my car in for a tire rotation. The service was done in less than an hour with a car wash to finish off the service. My service advisor has been Mark Escobar every time, and he is the best!! He is so informative about anything I ask about and he's always a pleasure to work with. This dealership is the best I have ever had experience with. It's very comfortable and clean. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my vehicle's service and for future purchases. More
