This is my first Mercedes Vehicle. I am now beginning to see why MB customers are so loyal. The entire experience at the dealer is a joy. My battery died. MB road side assistance came when they said they see why MB customers are so loyal. The entire experience at the dealer is a joy. My battery died. MB road side assistance came when they said they would and got my vehicle started. They suggested that my battery was completely dead and not turn the engine off. I then proceeded to the dealer around 4pm. They did not mind that it was so late and that I did not have an appointment. Within a few minutes Juan, the service manager approached me to indicate that they could also take care of a recall which they proceeded to do. 90 minutes later, the problem solved, the recall performed and I was on my way home. Yup, that is joy. More
