Perfect customer service! This was my first visit to the dealership. Liz Rincon was assigned as my service advisor. She took care of the issues for which I brought my vehicle in, put me in a service loaner unit and had my vehicle ready the same day. I had a prior commitment that evening and there was not a problem with me returning the loaner the next morning. When I arrived for pick up, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes! I am very pleased and impressed with Liz and MB of the Woodlands. I will be back soon for my Service B. More

I love it! I've been to all the other Mercedes dealerships in Houston and this one is the best. Little did I know he was at Mercedes Woodlands! If I had know that I would have been going there a long time ago!! There is a nice area to sit and watch tv, there is a nice little business center with computers (where I spend most of my time) they have food, snacks, drinks. It's lovely. More

We called ahead of time because we were an hour earlier than our appointment time but Liz said to come on that she would get us right in. When we arrived they got our car in right away. While there they fed us lunch and had coffee and anything else we might want to drink. All and all we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz. More
