On my way home from my recent service appointment, I hit a large landscaping concrete stone on the service road, which destroyed my front passenger tire and rim. I called Benz roadside and Miguel Orozco from MBOTW Roadside Assistance responded. Miguel was friendly but professional, and he was a blessing on a difficult day.
