He refused to print the terms of the contract I signed, and tried to do a bait and switch giving me a completely different print out after wasting an hour “printing” 5 sheets of paper. Almost walked out of the deal due to the dishonesty, but I thankfully got the deal I was looking for. More

We called and spoke with 1 salesman named Marco and one other that I don’t recall his name? We stated that we had money upfront for the car and knew exactly which one we wanted. We were not called back multiple times and eventually had to speak to the general Manger and finance. Eventually, Will Schmidt, in finance, was extremely helpful and the sale went smoothly and without difficulties. It took less than 24 hours to finish the paperwork. However, due to the way the salesmen treated us, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesmen are the first people that customers see and we had a horrible impression from the gate. It seemed like a no brainer to me. We didn’t haggle we just asked for the exact car we wanted. These salesman should not be doing what they are doing. They did not portray a willing to help or be of assistance for a very simple sale. More
