Nick Daramus was awesome from the first phone call. He was helpful and informative. He stayed late to try and help finalize a purchase and when it didn't get done, he came in on his day off, the followin was helpful and informative. Had a wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Acura of Mission Viejo!! went in knowing what we wanted and the price range we were staying with. Tom worked very hard with me to educate me about the line of cars. I had not expected to be as impressed as I was with the new Acora TL. Hence I made a orchard that day with the help of his team. Prior to the leasing of my Acura TSX i leased an MDX from Norm Reeves Dealership. At the end of my lease I went to Acura of Mission Viejo to see what my options were once again. I talked to Paul prior to my Norm Reeves Dealership. At the end of my lease I went to Acura of Mission Viejo to see what my options were once again. I talked to Paul prior to my lease ending and got his card. I was then ready to make the decision and called Paul, who was out of town, and he quickly referred me to Nick Daramus. Nick was professional, friendly, and knowlegable regarding the product. I felt he answered all my questions and his non aggressive approach was appealing. It was a win win experience.
