My appointment was just routine oil and filter change. Did not expect the many extras like tire rotation. Also, Jefferson printed out the other services the car might need in the near future. The waiting area was spacious with individual desks and chairs, complimentary coffee, water and snacks. Plus, the car was washed. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Nice experience!
