My Wife Barbara and I were looking for a pre-owned midsize SUV. I did a lot of research in where I wanted to buy my next vehicle. What brought me here to NJ Auto Auction was all the testimonials i had read. I have a back ground in selling cars. I have worked in many dealerships Selling cars, worked as a technician and In the parts department. It's been many years since I've worked in this field but I definitely know my way around a dealership. This isn't your normal dealership first of all. The staff here work to your needs. Our sales adviser is Kriss Shah. He is by far a great people person. We looked for 4 hours at all types of suv's. He played the devils advicot. The good things about the vehicle and the bad things about it as far as our needs. He was never in a rush to make a quick sale. He took his time and made sure we loved the vehicle and the price before selling it to us. In all my years of being in this business, Kriss made it memorable. The financing part was just as easy. Paul Sousa another great asset to this company was very informative to all of our questions. These people were right upfront from the start. Now you know this dealership spend more times writing these reviews themselves, instead of doing all the maintenance and repair on a car before putting it on the lot for sale. I shouldn't be replacing mufflers, brakes and rotors, and cooling fan on a car I brought from them 2 months ago that cost me $16,000. I went out and finance a car and not buy a hoop tie for $2k, $3k and have it break down on me and need a lot of repair, but got still got screwed by going to NJ state auto finance. It doesn't take a genius to know 98% of the reviews writing on here, we're done by this dealership. As horrible this place is, I don't know anybody who would give this place a good review More

He was very patient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. With each he also explained specifically what to look for when evaluating the car's mechanics. Then he popped the hood and showed us how. As a result, I felt very comfortable deciding which would be best for our needs in terms of budget, lifestyle and mechanical integrity.
