The dealership did the best they could since they had to wait for an OK from Chrysler. As soon as they got the OK, which took more than a week they were on it fixing the car. I was very unhappy with the communication on my crossfire. The 200 I was treated very very well by Wyatt. The crossfire was too expensive for what was wrong. I would give you a 5 but the parts department needs help. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I called for three days and then finally left a message which went unreturned. When I finally got help from my salesman it was a week later and I was told it wouldn't be in until the 28th. they dropped the ball. I paid for it as they will not refund my money. They told me it had already shipped so they couldn't do anything about it. Had they answered the phone on Tuesday when I called I am sure this would not have been an issue.
