Terrible service experience. Car was in for 2 weeks. Picked it up and had to immediately return as the issue was not resolved. Service advisor should fund another job. My service advisor, Vendela, was amazing. But I had to have my jeep towed back to the dealership a day later due to them not tightening bolts in my calipers that were serviced, so they failed But I had to have my jeep towed back to the dealership a day later due to them not tightening bolts in my calipers that were serviced, so they failed while I was on the highway… my tires were also WAY over inflated by them. They inflated them to 40psi when my 35” tires are meant to be at 28psi. I’m hesitant to take my jeep back. More
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership or a purchase of a vehicle in my life. I started to inquire about the vehicle about a week or two before I purchased it. The vehicle was dealership or a purchase of a vehicle in my life. I started to inquire about the vehicle about a week or two before I purchased it. The vehicle was listed at $26,995.00 and when I inquired about the out the door price for a cash deal, they gave me a price of $35,994.00 to say I was very taken back was an understatement. I am not a Florida resident and purchased many vehicles out of my state, so I am very aware of what the taxes are in my area. Long and short when I got to the dealership, they gave me a cash price of $33,000.00 and a financed price of $31,000.00. I then noticed a good deal of rust on the rocker panels and worked a deal to be able $30,250.00 only if I financed the vehicle. I reluctantly agreed as I did not want to pay cash for it. So, I purchased the vehicle which to be honest a month later has worked out to be a good vehicle so far. Now the rest of the story. The finance person told me that he only needed to run one of my credit reports to get the financing. So, since I keep my credit frozen for my own protect of fraud, I unlocked the credit bureau that he requested. Then he said oh that was the wrong one can you unlock the other bureau. So, I unlocked that one. Then he said oh wait it must have been the other one. I said I am only giving you permission to run one of them. He said no worries they just need to run the one, but it is the one I had not unlocked yet. So again, I unlocked my third bureau for him to say okay that worked. Well, I leave the dealership with the truck and a completely insane interest rate for my credit rating, knowing I was at that time planning on paying it off in 90days anyway. Within the next few days my credit monitoring system started to send me all kinds of notifications that Naples Chrysler Dodge had hit all 3 of my credit bureau's. I did not give them permission to do that at all. After that I got home and started to get letters from banks and financial institutions for them Appling for loans in my name while my credit was frozen and other letters. This was the deciding factor to call the bank and pay off the vehicle in full that day. Juan had sat there and lied right to my face about how he was affecting my credit and my life for time to come. The company that they used for my financing was a sub par financial intuition in my opinion that would not let me wire them the money or to make a payment in full. Lets move to the current time which is a month after I purchased my vehicle from Naples Chrysler Dodge, I have NO PLATES or title information. My temp tag expired, and they had to send me another one stating that there must have been a problem with their comptroller not paying for my plates or title work to be completed. When I called to find out what is going on they just keep giving the phone back to Juan to fix the issues with my vehicle. Well since I had an absolutely horrible experience with him why in the world would I want to keep talking to him about the stuff that he has screwed up? I don't want to talk to Juan ever again. I just want my plates and title to my vehicle and to never ever purchase anything from Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again in my life! More
