I had an electronic four wheel drive warranty issue and the service department had 142 cars ahead of me-but Brian got me a rental and my Jeep was ready to go in 2 days. I was very unhappy with the communication on my crossfire. The 200 I was treated very very well by Wyatt. The crossfire was too expensive for what was wrong. The dealership did the best they could since they had to wait for an OK from Chrysler. As soon as they got the OK, which took more than a week they were on it fixing the car.
