I brought my Jeep for an oil change, as well as fluid & filter change. Since it was going to take several hours, my service coordinator Laura arranged for me to have a rental. I picked up my Jeep the follo filter change. Since it was going to take several hours, my service coordinator Laura arranged for me to have a rental. I picked up my Jeep the following morning. However when I arrived home I noticed damage to the passenger side. I immediately called Laura, sent photos & she was able to confirm that when I brought it in, there was no damage. She coordinated with their body shop to completely fix the damage & again secured a rental car for me. Laura kept me abreast of the repair & let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. The repair was done to perfection. While I wasn’t thrilled that there was damage to begin with, I certainly understand that things happen. What I was thrilled with however, was the way it was handled by Laura & the dealership in general. More
I bought a jeep here and they hit me with 11% rate, not only because of my credit but she knew I could not run my credit again and have a fighting shot at getting a vehicle. I didn't write this review when I bought the vehicle because it was back in 2021, I am sharing my whole experience. The reason I am writing this review is because this dealership is the worst with returning calls. My vehicle was paid off in July of 2023 and I have called no less than 15 times, and they have not sent me the difference for gap. If you enjoy communication with your vehicle purchase and ongoing, this is not the dealership. More
