Worst dealer ever. Avoid their service center at all costs. $250 diagnostic fee, even though i told them what they issue was. After they verified the problem i stated, they told me they couldnt order one part for 5 months and they didnt know when the other part would be available. On top of that i was told it would be over $2000 in parts alone however, on mopar.com the parts were listed for half that. Furthermore when i called to schedule this service their first availability was a month out. I asked to have my tire rotated since my truck would be there anyway, they did not complete that basic service in the over 24 hours they had my truck. Also trying to get in contact with anyone in the service center is nigh impossible. I had to call all 7 service extensions twice before i got someone to pick up. Then that customer service representative said they were not assigned to my case and would have someone call me back, then promptly hung up on me. Later that afternoon, after calling another literal 15 times i was told that i could come pick my truck up. After getting to the dealer shortly after confirming my truck was available for pick up. It took them another 30 mins to bring my truck around. TL;DR DO NOT USE NAPLES DODGE!!! More
