I was outraged at this point I told them if it wasn’t fished in a timely manner I would called everyone I had to to get results .five minutes later advisor says my part is is that Napa just delivered. Then when I received my truck it has a new dent on door from being hit and my Costa Del Mar glasses are missing. Stay away from this dealer . Don’t buy from them neither so you don’t have to deal with their service department. Every single time I’ve dealt with them had been a recall or warranty so I had little choice not to deal with them More

They should not schedule appts they cannot do and employees need some customer service training. Guess where I WON'T be car shopping in the future. More
