What originally started as an oil change ended up with the company stripping my oil plug, which required a new oil pan (they claim it was previously stripped). Then they hit something and damaged the fron the company stripping my oil plug, which required a new oil pan (they claim it was previously stripped). Then they hit something and damaged the front end and tried to blame anyone else for it. When installing the new oil pan they damaged the pick up lines which needed to be replaced. When I finally get the car back the check engine light was on! Claimed it was a fault in the circuit. How do you have a car I. Your shop and return it with that light on?! All told this was the oil change from xxxx!! Cost me over $1000 ! I will NEVER go back. While I was waiting for my car I was talking with several customers there and surprisingly, they all had their own horror stories about the Naples Dodge service center. Imagine that?! More

I have been a loyal customer and brought my jeep in to have the diagnostics read (which I can have read FOR FREE at ANY auto parts store) was charged $270! The technician told me that without even looking have the diagnostics read (which I can have read FOR FREE at ANY auto parts store) was charged $270! The technician told me that without even looking under the car- only pulling out the transmission dipstick - that I would need a new transmission for over $10,000. I am writing to report that it was an electrical problem and a sensor that was off. It was all fixed by a great mechanic in Cape Coral who actually took the time to assess the real issues and not just opt to charge the customer an arm and a leg. The ONLY reason I even gave them a three is because the management seems to care and I really like the finance guy and the sales team. They should NOT overcharge customers- especially the ones who remain loyal. I just felt cheated and honestly I’m disappointed because I used to really appreciate their service. More
