Brought my van in 4 times to get an alignment and it is still off. Talked with the service manager who was going to call me but after 2 weeks this has not happened. The worst experience I have ever had looking for the correct vehicle. Napletons website offered a 3rd row seat Acadia and after driving over 1 hour to see vehicle it was all false. Poor customer service within the service department and mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car. Check engine light on with a code but they can’t find the problem so they turned off the lig mechanics. Never return calls or give updates about car.
