Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I had a very poor experience with the service department, and I will no longer take my vehicle to Napleton for service. They had my vehicle for 11 days, and I was not kept abreast of my vehicle status. I sh and I will no longer take my vehicle to Napleton for service. Moreover, when I picked up the vehicle today, 3 maintenance items that I authorized were not done, and I had to wait longer. Totally unacceptable. Purchased my first jeep here. And the sales staff was great when I came in for my first oil change I was prepared to sit and wait. But as I can see the place was very busy so they offered to take me hom great when I came in for my first oil change I was prepared to sit and wait.
