Terrible Knowledge of Their Vehicles Agreed to a V8 after multiples emails making sure the truck I was purchasing was a V8 crew cab. Reuse to switch the trucks and claim it is my fault even though I have text messages of their sales guy admitting it was their communication and that didn't realize the MSRP I had showed them from a competitor was a V8.
