We had some issues with our old lease and needed to get the car repaired before turning it We had a great experience leasing a new Equinox with Steve. Quick, efficient service I scheduled routine maintenance online a couple of days before I wanted to have it performed. When i arrived at Lannan I was immediately met by a frie I scheduled routine maintenance online a couple of days before I wanted to have it performed. When i arrived at Lannan I was immediately met by a friendly service adviser who quickly brought my appointment up on her computer screen and, after asking me if I needed any additional items checked while the vehicle was there, She printed out the paperwork and told me the car would be ready in about an hour. Right on time she came into the waiting area and advised me the car was ready. Cashing out I was able to use some Chevy points to pay for part of the service so I was very happy about that. The cashier was very helpful guiding me through the prompts on the app to obtain a certificate. All in all a very friendly and efficient operation.. More
