Also I got a notification that I declined OnStar when I was never offered it. My last purchase in 2011 came with an OnStar trial and xm radio—seems to be dealer based extras perhaps. It’s too bad dealerships don’t focus more on the customer, I know the sale is important but it shouldn’t be so much more. I have yet to establish loyalty to a specific dealership for this reason—no one stands behind what they say. The process was smooth and well explained especially by finance. So overall an average experience. More
