All in all a good experience although the sales manager was a little abrupt when I explained that my trade in was not purchased by another dealer and I noticed that when I handed the title for my trade in was a little abrupt when I explained that my trade in was not purchased by another dealer and I noticed that when I handed the title for my trade in to the salesman the he was very interested in looking on the back of it to see if there was any indication of just that. However it was as I said we owned the trade in and no other dealer had owned this car After that a great experience our salesman was very nice and competent Would rate this dealer a 9 out of 10 The service department dud not put an oil change sticker on the car saying when the oil was changed it was a used 2024.. after I asked they did put a sticker on the windshield More

Wish NuCar (a) had the parts in stock the 1st time they took it in (required a 2nd trip) and (b) when they had it the 2nd time up and loaner vehicle.
