My car was taken in on time, and the wait was not too long. This was my first service with Lannan; I had an oil change. I expressed concern with my windsheld wipers, and the were replaced at no charge to me. This was my first service with Lannan; I had an oil change. Awesome customer service experience This was my first experience using Lannon's service dept. for my 2019 Traverse. The entire experience was flawless. I called for an appointment and wa This was my first experience using Lannon's service dept. for my 2019 Traverse. The entire experience was flawless. I called for an appointment and was promptly given one at my convenience. I received email reminder notifications to ensure i didn't miss the scheduled date. I was promptly greeted at my arrival and assigned a service writer. After a few minutes the paperwork was completed and I was given a ride home. I was called when the service was completed and they sent a car to pick me up. Everything that could be completed that day was taken care of. A factory bulletin item could not be completed but a follow up appointment was made at the convenience of my schedule. If this great service continues I'll be a long term customer. More
