Wonderful, as Always I went in for a very routine oil change and inspection sticker. I have always enjoyed my experience here and am always amazed at how friendly the staf I went in for a very routine oil change and inspection sticker. I have always enjoyed my experience here and am always amazed at how friendly the staff is and how quickly they got my stuff done! I was told over an hour just because of the day and I was okay with that. What I didn't expect was to have it done in 45 min! Thank you for your great service! More

Great service time Not sure why this went to Blake as I am him father Darren and vehicle is in my name. Anyway, I did not have an appointment for the Saturday morning. Not sure why this went to Blake as I am him father Darren and vehicle is in my name. Anyway, I did not have an appointment for the Saturday morning. I was the 2nd vehicle inline to get in at 7am. My service was completed in just over 1 hour with no appointment. How could I ask far any more than that. I have always gotten good service at Lannon of Lowell. I have many vehicle in our family that have been purchased from and serviced at Lannan, Happy customer here. Just hope that Chevy does not move to Mexica fully as I would have to never buy another one again. More

She was paying more attention to her child who was behind the counter playing with customer paperwork.. when i told her why i was there, to pick up my car, she abruptly interupted, “hold on” with a nasty look. i have never been treated like this at this location and i was very surprised and disgusted.. Decrease in quality of service Hello, Let me qualify this first; your public service employees have been suburb and I have no complaints against them. I have been with Lannan for Hello, Let me qualify this first; your public service employees have been suburb and I have no complaints against them. I have been with Lannan for several year now, leasing 2 vehicles. For the first couple of years I was very pleased with the quality of service. for leased vehicles you offered (I think) 3 free oil changes, paper mats put on the floor, the car washed after every service. This most recent service I requested an oil change, tire rotation, a sticker and to have a slow leak fixed in the front left tire. Upon completion of the service it was explained to me the mechanic could not find a leak, he used the spray soap method I think. They said maybe I could bring it back at a later date and have him dip the tire in water to completely check. I know it has a leak because I put air in it once a week. Why could they have not fixed it that day? Also the same tire has a slow leak in the same spot which means the tires were not rotated. No mats were put down and , I guess, you do not wash the vehicles any more. This will be my last vehicle purchase/lease from your establishment. Thank you for your kind attention Dave Hammond More
