I was majorly impressed with the vehicle being ready when I pulled in from a three hour road trip to pick it up. He had everything as promised completed and all the paperwork was ready to go. Ambre was super helpful in getting all of the paperwork signed and completed and the entire team overall was extremely friendly and kind to both me and my two little girls who made the long trip with me. They had the truck I was looking for and at a fair price, but again they were also a good distance away. And after getting the runaround from TX I had zero time for games and thin patience. Ambre listened and delivered big with no complications and no trying to oversell me with back-of-the-house finance gimmicks. Not only did she get me out the door where I wanted to be, she sent a driver team to bring me 2 hrs from my rental drop off to the dealership after hours.
