Honestly, I was did very wrong especially because I’m sure it was known that the vehicle I purchase had problems. All I had was that, problems lol. As a single mom I got into horrible debt trying to cons sure it was known that the vehicle I purchase had problems. All I had was that, problems lol. I had a horrible credit rate, I think the only good thing that came out of this was the fact that I was able to keep up with the payments and it raised my credit up. So thank you for nothing!! I left 2 messages over 2 days to schedule an appointment, nobody ever called back. I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. I won't even get into the condescending comment from another rep. Being busy is not an excuse for this type of service, I have been an ORR customer since I moved into the area 17 years ago. Your organization has changed and become more complacent. Now I have to rethink my continued use of your services. More
