Great buying experience This was just a great experience all around. We saw a used vehicle out front that caught our eye so we stopped in. Rex came out to meet us and was very pleasant to speak with. We decided the used vehicle wasn't what we were looking for and looked at the new Armada. WOW! Bad as Davis-Moore, bad now I have had nothing but problems every time I've gone to this dealer. They are the only Nissan dealer in Wichita which has limited my options but I wo I have had nothing but problems every time I've gone to this dealer. They are the only Nissan dealer in Wichita which has limited my options but I would rather go to a non-Nissan dealer than return to this place. Constant delays on ordering parts and performing work. My job is never done, or even started, when I am promised. The first time I went in I was told one day, seven days later I still didn't have my car back. Last time I went in to have my AC fixed the wrong part was put on and I had to wait extra days while they re-ordered the correct part. Now I am being forced to pay for parts in advance (which I've never had to do at any dealer before) and while my money was quickly taken the parts arrived damaged (which I was never told) and I yet again had to wait while new parts were ordered. I only find out about problems or complications after I call to check on the status. I am never informed up front. I constantly have to remind them what I actually brought my car in to have checked or fixed as they seem too busy looking at everything but the problem. They were recently bought by a new dealer but all the same staff was kept meaning all the same issues and problems still exist. They are a terrible dealer with terrible service and terrible staff. Going to this location is like throwing your money out the window. More
