Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. Good car & initial salesman. Manager was knowledgeable & friendly. However, I did not like that after agreeing on a price for a new car, I was asked to meet with another salesm Manager was knowledgeable & friendly. However, I did not like that after agreeing on a price for a new car, I was asked to meet with another salesman who was pushing add-ones for a brand new 2023 car. After I did agree to buy floor mats for the car, I had to meet another salesperson called “finance” . He was another sales person that talked so fast & pushy that I almost left even though I wanted to buy the car. He showed where to sign & pushed the paper over the table to us. There were about 8-9 pages to sign -approximately. He pushed numerous ways to pay for one thing when I was paying cash. Then I was so turned off by his manner, I was not interested at all then at his second push for me to pay more $ that I don’t remember what it was. Then he gave me a copy of what he was trying to sell me. I actually felt on the sales tax price that it could be inaccurate. I would not buy here again! Even though I liked the car. This is why people don’t like to buy cars from pushy dealers. I won’t buy from this dealer again. There many others. More

Toyota is the best car brand by far. I got a Corolla which I am very pleased with. I feel I could have gotten a much better deal by shopping multiple dealers before making my purchase.
