Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

I called about my BSM light coming on and the information came up for me to go to the dealership. When I made the appointment I told them but when I was called to check out the person said that they did the came up for me to go to the dealership. When I made the appointment I told them but when I was called to check out the person said that they did the oil change and check up. I asked about the BSM and he said oh I took it off. The light is back on BSM and I want it checked. A picture of people keeps popping up so I assume it isn’t picking up people walking behind my car. I need to have it checked out. Evidently there is a problem with the blind side mirror. More
