Panama City Toyota is a family-owned company that has operated under substantially the same ownership for over 25 years. We have significant ties to the community, and believe it is our obligation to make Bay County—really the entire Florida Panhandle—a better place to live.
Although family has tenure in the community and in the automotive business, the current leadership probably has more experience as an automotive customers than as an automotive operators. Hopefully this causes us to see everything through a “customer lens,” and keeps us from ever forgetting that unfamiliarity can be intimidating. We strive to eliminate that feeling.
An early tagline for the dealership was the recognizable phrase, “Where Relationships are Born.” While this may not always be used in the dealership’s current advertising, the sentiment remains. Here, our team recognizes it’s not about us, but instead it’s about you, the customer. You are the main character of the story and we are here simply to guide you into the perfect vehicle to accomplish your goals.

These include not only Toyota certified used vehicles, but also pre-owned vehicles of many other domestic and foreign brands. John Gause was very professional and polite salesman, he did a great job and made the sale go smoothly. Rowland in the service department was attentive and courteous as well. You're overall service department is not though, it is hard to get someone's attention after walking through their doors unfortunately. It seems they are overworked, understaffed and have no time for personal one on one attention. I am considering moving my trucks warranty service to Marianna Toyota because of your lack of personal attention to your employees needs. I feel that this is an ownership issue and not placing blame on any employees that you are employing. I am a retired Residential Contractor and understand very much "attention to detail".
