I had Joseph Overby as my service adviser and he did a great job. My Landcrusier was in on a recall which could have taken all day and I had my car back in about 3 1/2 hours. He was great. They gave me a rental car for use while the vehicle was in shop with no hassles. The rental agent and really anyone in the service area was very pleasant and helpful. Saw a vehicle on their website, it had a line drawn through the MSRP. I clicked on the "get your best price" link for the car, it made me give name/email/phone number. After filling that out, it gave m through the MSRP. I clicked on the "get your best price" link for the car, it made me give name/email/phone number. After filling that out, it gave me a price of $2500 below the MSRP with the line through it on the vehicle's webpage. Stanley reached out to me 2 times with a price being the same as the MSRP with the line through it. If you like click bait, sharing your info, then dealing with clowns, this is definitely the place for you!! Honk honk! Can not wait for the General Manager Robert Gates response to this, blaming anything but his dealership. More
Visited dealership wanting to get info on the new vehicles and met a stone wall. Ken said he couldn't show me the new color of the Tundra, computer was down and no brochure. Then saw a Supra in the vehicles and met a stone wall. Ken said he couldn't show me the new color of the Tundra, computer was down and no brochure. Then saw a Supra in the showroom and wanted to see and get the feel of the car. Dennis told me the door couldn't be opened because it would drain the battery and then went back to Ken and the manager who claimed the key was taken and they had no way to get in. I finally asked the receptionist if she could show me the new green color of Tundra for 2021 and she pulled it up in seconds on her computer. Will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. What is the use of spending thousands of dollars in advertising when you go and get no help from the sales and management. More

I flew down in the morning and Sean was waiting for me at the airport. He drove me to the dealership and it was by far the easiest transaction I’ve ever had with buying a vehicle. I gave this dealership one star only because it was necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had "blow by" of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The "expert Toyota mechanics" at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the PCV valve was completely clogged and oil was being blown into the air filter. I replaced the PCV valve and hose, the air filter and the spark plugs at a cost of less than $75. The truck ran great, and a competent mechanic turned off the warning lights. That was over 5,000 miles ago and the engine still runs great and uses no oil. I did not return to the dealership for a refund because there is no possible acceptable reason for their "diagnosis", and I was afraid what I might do if I ever darkened their door again. More
