Disappointed. I had an appointment at 0830 for a 25K service on my Highlander. I arrived at 0815 to drop off vehicle. I made it clear to intake tech that I needed I had an appointment at 0830 for a 25K service on my Highlander. I arrived at 0815 to drop off vehicle. I made it clear to intake tech that I needed the vehicle by 0930. He assured me it would be ready. As I waited in the showroom, my name and vehicle never appeared on the tracking board. Finally at 0935, I approached the service desk and saw my paperwork on a desk, service complete, and the rep nowhere to be seen to check me out. Finally, another tech checked me out and I left at 0945, barely making my doctor appointment at 1000. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. If there is a tracking board, use it. I had no knowledge of the status of my vehicle and had to call my wife to pick me up, because I never knew what was going on with my car. If you want me to service my vehicle at the dealer and pay a premium for that servicing, then you must provide a higher level of customer service. More

Sometimes they stick around and answer my questions on different vehicles. Good thing. But most ignor me. Bad move. Understand they must leave to wait on a customer.
