Dropped vehicle off day prior for a 7:30am appointment. Went over what was needed to be done, which included a fix on the sunroof gasket and a full detail. The gasket keeps randomly popping out of place, was told all you could do was make sure it wasn't leaking. It's annoying to say the least that we have to keep resetting it and that's all that can be done. As far as getting a detail done, was told when I received the call to pick up the vehicle that a detail was no longer an option as they simply did not have time. Truck was going in for a 25k service and as none of this is a huge deal, but it's incredibly frustrating. Our schedules have to be adjusted to make these appointments, and rides secured. It would be nice to get everything done, as simple oil change can be done anywhere and will only take 30mins out of my day. Will continue to use the dealership but hoping for better communication and results in the future. More

Took a week to get a service appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at my appointment time there were nine vehicles ahead of me, and an Employee did not check me in until 15 minutes after I arr change. When I arrived at my appointment time there were nine vehicles ahead of me, and an Employee did not check me in until 15 minutes after I arrived. After thirty minutes my vehicle was still behind the other vehicles. I checked with service adviser who stated it would "be awhile" before they even got to it. The one other time I took my new vehicle in for an oil change it took two hours, so this is not an isolated incident. They offer free service for first 20,000 milesbut you will probably never have time to use it. More
By far the best service department I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Patrick Tansey was on top of it from scheduling all the way through completion each time. Even when the service department is behind schedule as a whole, their protocols for setting priorities and finishing the task definitely stands out as one of the best. Patrick's attention to detail and considerations in looking forward have always been a benefit to me. The last 3 years as a lease owner, I could not be happier. N. Duty, PCB, FL More
I had Joseph Overby as my service adviser and he did a great job. My Landcrusier was in on a recall which could have taken all day and I had my car back in about 3 1/2 hours. He was great. They gave me great job. My Landcrusier was in on a recall which could have taken all day and I had my car back in about 3 1/2 hours. He was great. They gave me a rental car for use while the vehicle was in shop with no hassles. The rental agent and really anyone in the service area was very pleasant and helpful. I come from a family dealership in Pittsburgh so I am very aware of what great service is. Thanks so much. I think this service department is top notch. More

We always have a good experience, today we were in and out almost before we had time to settle in the waiting area. I gave this dealership one star only because it was necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had "blow by" of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The "expert Toyota mechanics" at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the PCV valve was completely clogged and oil was being blown into the air filter. I replaced the PCV valve and hose, the air filter and the spark plugs at a cost of less than $75. The truck ran great, and a competent mechanic turned off the warning lights. That was over 5,000 miles ago and the engine still runs great and uses no oil. I did not return to the dealership for a refund because there is no possible acceptable reason for their "diagnosis", and I was afraid what I might do if I ever darkened their door again. More
"Prompt and Professional Service!" Thank you Alex Salazar for servicing my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. It was due for a tire rotation. I was truly amazed how quickly you got the work done. Yay!
