Was there on 6/27/2024 @ 0830 for a scheduled appointment to have my first scheduled service done at Panama City Toyota and left at 1230. On my 2023 Toyota 4RunnerXP with 11021 miles on it that cost $52,850 to have my first scheduled service done at Panama City Toyota and left at 1230. Vibrating at 55-60 mph and was told by Service Advisor Corey Butler it would need tire rotation & balancing along with front end allignment along with scheduled servicing under “The Platinum Service Plan” that was paid for at purchase 10/2022. Right rear tire couldn't be balanced and told to take it up with Nitto since the car was older than 12 months but under 12,000 miles. I did, Nitto called me within 8 hours and said they were giving me a new tire and Panama City Toyota would be giving me a call to set it up. 0900 amon 7/1/2024 and haven't heard jack about the tire but two text message requests for a friendly review, so here it is. Documentation included in this review. 1-Bolt missing from skid plate removed during oil change 2-substantially scratched wheel from removing previous wheel weights 3-wheel weight adhesive (white) on all four black TRD wheels 4-pecker tracks from greasy hands on hood and door (white) and interior headliner 5-no call on the tire deal even though Nittos Corporate Office called me back in first 8 Hours So tell him what he has won Bob!!! A $165.00.00 Bill and a f****ed up brand new ride compliments of the very establishment that represents the cars manufacturer!!! I am xxxx glad for you that i didn't treat you as kindly as you treated my 50k plus investment when serving and protecting the very blanket of freedom you sleep under every night!!!
