The process for making an appointment for an oil change was very easy. Unfortunately they took people in on a first come, first served basis. Making an appointment made no difference. The waiting area had was very easy. Unfortunately they took people in on a first come, first served basis. Making an appointment made no difference. The waiting area had plenty of comfortable seating, well spread out and was clean. The technician who processed the visit was professional and cordial. I will go back to this dealership for more maintenance. More
