Panama City Toyota - Service Center

Everyone is polite but not always very helpful or knowledgeable about some issues that have occurred with my 2022 vehicle. I have also asked for the drive thru car wash after the service and that did knowledgeable about some issues that have occurred with my 2022 vehicle. I have also asked for the drive thru car wash after the service and that didn't happen. And I let them know about a screw in my tire when they were doing a tire service. When it was complete they said they didn't find a screw. Went to get into my vehicle and there was the screw...in my tire. Unscrewed it myself and, as it was a very little screw, just left. Sometimes wonder if they are actually doing anything to my vehicle. More

Bought car had 5 oil leaks major ones and they could not figure it out. I contacted GM and he bought back the car. I am 73 and did not need this in my life. If there was a ZERO rating offered they would get it from me. My driveway is ruined with oil spot one is huge. No offer to come clean up their mess. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will spread the word!
