In spite of an appointment, I was the next to the last person to be called to pick up my vehicle. I do not understand why I was told the appointments supersede walk in vehicles as it seems others were tak person to be called to pick up my vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment and I just drove in to the dealership maintenance department with a check instrument light on. I was approached by s service member within 2 minutes. He checked the code, repl dealership maintenance department with a check instrument light on. I was approached by s service member within 2 minutes.
