Two things were left out of our phone discussion. Dealer additional profit charge and accurate description of the car over the phone. I had been in contact with dealers in three states. Perkins inventory was all right there, on line. After some discussion with Mr. Arnold and my wife I chose a vehicle, sent information on our trade-in and received not only a sight unseen appraisal (they gave us the maximum KBB estimate) but a final price, at a great interest rate, from RAMON RIVERA. All within one day. We took it. Perkins is a four and one half hour drive from home, I made it in five. Road construction. I have to admit, I had some misgivings and expected that once I arrived they would not stand by their appraisal of our trade-in. We received exactly what they had said we would and the staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. RANDY LUCAS made signing the contract as painless as signing a contract can be. RAMON called me twice while I was en route to see if I needed any assistance or further directions and was waiting for me as I drove into the lot. He greeted me as I stepped from my car. Any questions I had regarding our new Jeep were answered and I was taken to the shop to speak with one of their mechanics. I also bought a set of seat covers. Ryan, in the parts department was a pleasure to deal with. All in all this was the most painless and satisfying vehicle buying experience I have had. And the new Jeep? AWESOME! More

Our salesman was Ray Hayes and he was GREAT!! His boss on the other hand was completely rude and unprofessional. I had an absolutely great experience at Perkins. I went to numerous other dealerships in the area and they were the only ones I felt were honest, up-front and didn’t give me the feeling of being sharks. I started with Gary Arnold at Internet Sales and then dealt with Bill Ward for the rest. Both were great and I would recommend using either one. I did a lot of research before I went shopping for my vehicle. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for in value. I challenged Gary and Bill to be just honest and up front with me, and they were the ONLY dealership and salespeople that did not try to deceive me. Wish I could have said the same of Colorado Springs Dodge. When it comes down to it Bill and Gary were Excellent and made the horrible experience of car shopping great. Because of them, I would return to Perkins and recommend all others to do the same. If you are having concerns or getting that bad feeling in your gut at other local dealerships, seek out Gary over the Internet or Bill on the sales floor. More
