Our experience with our new vehicle purchase was awesome, especially the customer service that Ray Hayes gave us. Mr. Hayes was very patient and did not put any pressure in our buying experience. Of all the sales people we encountered throughout our search for the right vehicle, Mr. Ray Hayes was the only one that was not pushy or persistent. The only minor problem was the finance department. We arrived there after 5pm and did not finish with the finance department around 8pm. Found out that one of the finance people was out on vacation. I did not mind waiting but this waiting was too long. We were told we were next every 10 minutes. If it wouldn't have been for Ray Hayes keeping us company, we would have cancelled our purchase. He is a truly asset to Perkins. More
