We really enjoyed the customer service that we had at Perkins. We were looking to trade our vehicle for a new Jeep. Never once did we feel like we were being pressured to buy. The pricing was straight forward and I did not have to play the back and forth haggle game. Got the Dodge Rebate, Mil Discount, and then the truck was discounted on top of that! Trade in was right on par with the KBB/Edmunds market Value, and that's all I can ask for on a trade in deal. The selection was impressive and I had no problem picking out the truck I wanted. I'm writing now because I was so pleased with Perkins Dodge, that I returned in APR 2012 to buy a 2nd car, (Durango). Both deals were done through Don Sack, and I have gladly recommended him to anyone asking about my experience. I used the USAA car buyers service this time, so it was an even more straight forward negotiation. If you are serious about buying a Dodge in the Springs, I recommend visiting Perkins, at a minimum you can use the 2 dealers to compete for pricing, but I think you'll discover what I did and buy in Motor City. More

Perkins Motor Company has better prices than in the area I live in New Mexico. I was going to Colorado on vacation so decided to check out their inventory and prices to see if stopping by would be worthwhi I live in New Mexico. I located a great deal and had several conversations with the internet Manager (Gary Arnold). When I told him I was on my way and interested in a certain vehicle, he got the key and put it on his desk for me. I arrived at the dealership at 5pm, test drove the vehicle, decided to buy and was on my way by 8:30 pm. Bill Ward was the salesman I worked with and he moved everything along as quickly as possible to get me on the road. I have had several followups from various people in the dealership, wanting to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase and to answer any questions or concerns. I have told everyone I know what a great experience I had at Perkins and when they are in the market for a vehicle to check them out. It is worth the 7 hour drive! More

I came from another dealership and was a bit frustrated. I was a first time buyer, and wasn't a hundred percent in what I was going into. I went there with the expectation that they were going to be forceful from the start. Bill came out and I told him, as I did the last one, I don't like forceful. He wasn't, he showed me exactly what I wanted, no nonsense, no trying to upsell, just what I wanted. All in all it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. More
