When I came in to purchase a vehicle I didn't really have a specific model in mind, I was just looking for something to handle better in the snow. I dealt with Frank Claros and he was both very patient and knowledgeable. I narrowed it down to two vehicles and didn't feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision. In fact, it was the opposite. I met with Mike Shenuk to talk financials and both he and Frank suggested I sleep on it or take as much time as I needed. I ended up going back the next day and purchasing the vehicle. These two are awesome and when any of my friends or colleagues are in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely recommend Perkins(Frank/Mike). I also feel confident if I have any problems or questions, I can always give Mike or Frank a call and they will do their best to take care of me. My wife and I were trying to get a new vehicle. Met a salesman who seemed to really be in a hurry, and didn't want to really help us out. If I had timed how long I was at this dealer ship, it could not have been more then 15 total minutes and we were told that we couldn't be helped. Ended up going to another dealer who did take the time to help us and ended up getting us in a our first brand new vehicle. Worst part is I really wanted a Dodge, ended up with a Chrysler. Would not send anyone to this dealership. More

My experience with Perkins Motors was phenomenal from start to finish. Bill Ward greeted me very cordially, and there was no point that I felt he was 'out to make the sale', which I greatly appreciat start to finish. This was my first car purchase on my own, and let me tell you, it was no easy feat making me feel completely comfortable with the whole thing. Bill allowed me all the time and offered all the information that I needed to make a confident decision, and I cannot think of a way he could have been more perfect to me! Brett Smith worked with me on all the financial things, and his very pleasant demeanor and sincere manner made me feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with Ken. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Ken showed us every previously owned Jeep in stock, answered our questions about each one and left our decision to buy a J at all to make a purchase. After we made our decision to purchase a very clean vehicle, he went "above and beyond" to take care of a few minor mechanical and touch-up issues with our 2007 Jeep Wrangler. He is sincere in his effort to make certain that we are happy, satisfied customers and he continues to follow-up with us to make sure we stay that way. Our only criticism (and a significant one) would be in the finance department. This is not a reflection on the individual who (finally) got us through all the paperwork. It appears that we were not the only customers that had to wait an extended time to complete our purchase. This inability to quickly complete a major purchase does not leave a good impression. Management should take responsibility for making certain there are enough qualified personel to complete purchase transactions in a timely manner. More
