I was recently in the market for a new Dodge truck. I came to Perkins Dodge and was greeted by Ken Holsworth. I told Ken what I was looking for and he new exactly what Perkins had to fit the bill. We are an active duty military family and are typically Ford owners. I (Tami) was hit by a large truck last week and had made arrangements with Phil Long Ford to look at two new vehicles (one to replace my Ford owners. I (Tami) was hit by a large truck last week and had made arrangements with Phil Long Ford to look at two new vehicles (one to replace my car and one for our teenage daughter). Ford's customer service was seriously lacking and the salesman left us waiting for nearly 30 min. Our daughter asked to look at Jeeps and that is where we met Randy Lucas, Perkins salesman. He was absolutely refreshing and wonderful to work with. His customer service and people skills are impeccable, we never felt like we were being pushed nor taken advantage of. When he approached us, we had just left Ford in a whirlwind. Randy was patient, walked with us and listened to what happened as we checked out vehicles. He seemed genuinely concerned as a husband and father himself and put himself in our place. We looked at numerous vehicles, test drove and Randy assisted us with our selections. He offered professional advice throughout the entire visit and in addition, worked closely with us - rather than telling us to come back to him if we had questions or come back when we know we want, he remained close to us and helped figure out our vehicle and family needs as it pertained to cars. We will most definitely return to Perkins and to Randy Lucas for all future vehicle sales. Additionally, everyone on the team at Perkins greeted us professionally and treated us with much respect. I started working with Bryan in internet sales. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had Bill Ward contact me about whether The vehicles I was interested in were still available (we live 120 miles f very knowledgeable and friendly. We meet with Blill the next morning. He had the keys and both vehicles ready for us to look at. He quickly got a licenece plate so we could test drive the one we chose. Things moved very quickly after that. We did have to wait a while for the finance person as they were very busy that Friday morning. But does'nt it always take a while when you purchase a vehicle? We met with Jeff Lee, the Finance Manager. He was very friendly and explained every thing very clearly. He got us a wonderfull interest rate (which surprised me as we had filed for bankrupcy the preivous year). The Jeep was clean and ready for us to go when we completed the deal. I was well worth the four hour round trip from our home. Please ask for Bill Ward (cell # 719-232-3900). I could'nt ask for a nicer, friendly, knowledgeable and NON-pushy sales person.
