I'll never, ever, ever take my 2014 Dodge Charger there again. Daniella and Jared were the best they have along with Jack the shuttle driver. They will loose your keys and paperwork. BEWARE!! More
Overall experience with purchase and repair of 07 ram 2500 Initially I called and spoke with "Robert Perkins" on a warranty repair for a throwout bearing, he stated several times that the repair was covered un Initially I called and spoke with "Robert Perkins" on a warranty repair for a throwout bearing, he stated several times that the repair was covered under my warranty. Get the truck up there and they get it tore apart and he says it is not covered under warranty, and the repair is going to cost $2,000 at the very max. He calls back again in 2 days and says the repair is now at $3,200 because of other parts being bad supposedly. He then calls for a 3rd time the day after and says the total is $3,700. So i go to get the truck and the staff wasn't very friendly at all, and I was told that "Robert Perkins" hadn't been at the dealership for 2 weeks so apparently I was speaking with a ghost. Overall the experience with this dealership has been awful. Their "inspections" aren't worth two cents because the truck broke down the same night i bought it about an hour off the lot. They haven't treated me, as a customer returning my business, with any respect since I left the lot with this truck. I would advise anyone and everyone looking for vehicles or repairs to steer clear of this dealership. They are liars. More
Wow My intial interaction with Perkins Service department was good, they were courteous and quick and did a good job getting me in and out. However my las My intial interaction with Perkins Service department was good, they were courteous and quick and did a good job getting me in and out. However my last three times haven't been as good. My 2012 Grand Cherokee had a slow leak in one of the tires, and by slow it lost 20 psi when sitting for a month, and also would drop 10 psi overnight whenever the weather would get cold. The first visit to address the problem they checked the wrong tire, second visit for an oil change, recall work and for the same problem they "checked" and found no leaks, I decided to change two tires, one of which was the one with the leak. I request they change the back two tires and rotate them up front and put the front ones in the back.In the middle of my +4 hour wait, I was informed that one of my wheels was bent. They completed the work and showed me the service report which showed the bent wheel being on the left front, I asked if that's where it was orginally but the technician had left for lunch so the service rep (Kristi Allen, who was the only bright point in my whole experience, she was quick and always managed to relay info when it was needed) said she would email me when the tech came back. She did so promptly when she found the answer, which according to the tech was that it was taken off from the left front position and put back on the left front position...yet somehow it had a new tire on it which I find interesting since how can you rotate the tire and wheel from the back to the front when it supposedly never left the front. Called back the next day and magically now tech said the wheel moved from the left rear to the left front. Will not be returning to the Service center nor will I recommend this location to anyone else. More
Service was good parts was good, sales person was a bit pushy on the truck trying get the truck sold as soon as possible not thinking the bank works only so fast. After we told it would a few days possibly pushy on the truck trying get the truck sold as soon as possible not thinking the bank works only so fast. After we told it would a few days possibly longer depending on how fast the paper would go threw. Was more concerned with dealer rater after the sale, called 3 to 4 times not sure exact number of times on the truck trying to get sold as fast as possible. Called the bank and they wouldn't pick up the phone on it from the dealer only me or my dad. Other than that the process was easy the staff was nice helpful and such just need get the truck finished with the extra stuff. More
Had a 2012 jeep towed to dealership for a clutch issue jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is wha jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is what I said and would not honor it under warranty I had a certified mechanic look at it and he determined that fluid from hydraulic clutch had caused the clutch to prematurely go out and lo and behold jeep still would not honor the warranty so in out a grand to fix it Ryan the service asst manager has a serious attitude problem, I would not recommend this dealership to any one there service sucks and they are lazy and do not honor the warranty issued by jeep. I went in to service my Jeep, after being towed in and talked to Darryl Champion about used pick up trucks. Darryl went out of his way to ensure that I had my needs met in what my price, wants, requirements were (he really listened). Darryl showed me used pickups and new pick ups, knowing my situation, he did everything he could to work with me and to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. I ended up buying a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck. Darryl also went above and beyond to make sure my requirements were met, and my wants. Darryl set up the truck to get the tow package, and worked with me in getting the best financing available. Perkins Dodge/Jeep has earned my business, and referrals. Again, thank You Darryl for your Outstanding Customer Service, and you patience, and commitment to getting me the best deal! I love my Dodge Truck!! More
I took my 05 Ram 2500 in for a smoking problem and trouble filling the fuel tank. I was told it was a bad fuel injector and it's not covered under warranty and would cost 1075.00 to fix. I was also to trouble filling the fuel tank. I was told it was a bad fuel injector and it's not covered under warranty and would cost 1075.00 to fix. I was also told the rollover valve in the fuel tank was bad and that would be 1500.00. I told them no thanks and I would come pick my truck up. I took my truck to a Chrysler jeep dealer up in Littleton and gave them the paper work Perkins gave me. I asked them to do all the same test and give me a second opinion. The service guy called and said the problem is a dirty fuel filter and all injectors check out as 98%. There was nothing wrong with the rollover valve in the tank either. He said there was a piece of plastic bottle cap in the fuller tube blocking the fuel from flowing in.The truck cost me 20 bucks to fix and I was not charged for the diagnostic or the removal of the plastic cap. The service guy said Perkins was just trying to rip me off. More
Watch out they do not stand behind the cars they sell and will over charge for services after they sold you the car. They simply do not care about the customer. I originally purchased my Dodge Ram at a dealership across town. My experience with them was not particularly good, so when I experienced trouble with my Ram, I took it to the Perkins dealership rathe across town. My experience with them was not particularly good, so when I experienced trouble with my Ram, I took it to the Perkins dealership rather than the one I purchased it from. Originally the vehicle was thought to have electrical problems. After extensive troubleshooting, it was determined that the wires had been gnawed on by some type of animal. Chris kept me informed throughout the process. Although the repair was not covered by my warranty, it was made within a reasonable timeframe and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to take my Ram back to the Perkins Dealership for repairs. The service was excellent and all personnel I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable, especially Chris. More
Scott was very helpful during the entire process. I have never bought a new car and was a little nervous about it. He acknowledged me as soon as he saw me in the lot and took me seriously when I said I was never bought a new car and was a little nervous about it. He acknowledged me as soon as he saw me in the lot and took me seriously when I said I was looking for a new Jeep. He did not prejudge me based on my age, which I appreciated very much. He showed me only the models I was interested in and respected my budget. I would consider this purchase an overall positive experience. More
