I have mothers trougle 2016 jeep grand cherokee which was there for 4 and 1/2 months waiting on parts, was fixed only to have a gascet fail 1 day after picking it up. Necessitated pulling engine and tranny there for 4 and 1/2 months waiting on parts, was fixed only to have a gascet fail 1 day after picking it up. Necessitated pulling engine and tranny and now has to have it done again. FLINT BOWEN has been fantastic to work with and you at Perkins have gone above and beyond the call of duty about supplying me with transporations during this time. Believe it will be fixed this week. Thanks to all of you at Perkins andFCA for helping me out as the 30 dollar part took a long time to get and the repair has been even for difficult. Thanks again for all that you do. I am beyond baffled by the lack of professionalism and customer service at the Service Department. We were given a loaner per our warranty coverage for our repairs. The first loaner we were given was inco customer service at the Service Department. We were given a loaner per our warranty coverage for our repairs. The first loaner we were given was incorrect and a mix up with another customer. Our belongings and child were loaded in the vehicle ready to go until we heard the staff explain to the other customer that was her vehicle. There was no communication TO US from the staff over this issue. The staff continuously walked away from the service desk without explaining their reasoning until after several minutes another vehicle was brought up for us. After AGAIN loading our child and our belongings into this second vehicle we noticed the vehicle was absolutely DISGUSTING on the inside. When we made it known and questioned why we were given an unclean vehicle we were told they didn’t have time clean it and no other vehicles were available at the time. The ONLY option we were given was to bring it back and be without a vehicle during the time of our repairs. In no way was the staff professional in making their customers happy. We will never bring a vehicle back here for services or buy a vehicle here. More

I bought a new truck at a different dealer and when I got home (3 hours away) I discovered that the battery was bad and it wouldn’t start. Perkins Service Dept let me come in without an Appt and we’re able t home (3 hours away) I discovered that the battery was bad and it wouldn’t start. Perkins Service Dept let me come in without an Appt and we’re able to verify that the battery was bad and then replaced it with a new one the next day. Very happy with their customer service! More
