Smooth Trade-In This was my first experience trading in my car and getting a brand new one from Toyota. Sonny is super helpful and I could tell that he is kind and tr This was my first experience trading in my car and getting a brand new one from Toyota. Sonny is super helpful and I could tell that he is kind and truthful. I know I wanted to get a new Rav4 and Sonny made it all happen for me. For someone who has never been through this process before or have ever been to this dealership(1 hour away from me), he made me felt welcomed. The dealership was clean and everyone looked friendly. I have worked in customer service for many years and I don't write reviews often but I knew I had to this time regarding my experience.
