We recently leased a 2019 Avalon and the process of doing so had to be one of the most positive purchasing/leasing experiences we have ever gone through. We were warmly greeted by Jack Jackson upon arrival with a nice handshake. This is one of my personal barometers indicating the salesperson has engaged with me. We told him we were in a “looking” mode, trying to acquire details about several models. That did not deter his enthusiasm. one bit. Jack was most informative, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and comfortable “like an old shoe!!! I would like to add here that we came from a near-by dealership, very disheartened by the way we were treated. The contrast between the other dealership and Phillips was incredible! We then had the opportunity to meet with Mike Kuhn and exchange information…another great handshake!!! We enjoyed his sincerity regarding several options. From there we were introduced to Dennis Jacinto who made our massive paper signing easy and seamless. And guess what? ANOTHER great handshake!!!! We learned a lot from Dennis and chose leasing a vehicle versus buying outright, a first for us and definitely the way to go! We are not only impressed with your associates and customer service, but the extraordinary added warrantees you offer are first rate. Your customer support is exceptional. "The buying a New Car Experience" Buying a new car is my least favorite thing to do. Although having a new car is always exciting, the process of purchasing a new car can be very stressful. I have always believed that I will always come out on the short end of the deal knowing there was always more that the dealer could of done. I went to Phillips for 2 reasons, first, when I first arrived in Florida I had trouble with my 2006 Highlander that required a new battery. I arrived there without an appointment and the friendly service staff was more than happy to assist me. I was in a bad position knowing that as soon as I shut off my car I would be stuck. What brought the experience over the top is when they told me that the battery had a dead cell and needed replacement but they did not have one available but told me that they would find one at a local distributor and if fact they did. Not only did they replace the battery but I was on my way within a hour after arriving and as I said previously, no appointment. The second reason was I was refered to the dealer from a friend who was in the market for a vechicle as well. I met Bill Mason who was not only a very knowledgable salesmen but a gentlemen as well. I was upfront and honest with him on my past experience buying cars and he returned the favor by showing me respect and addressing my concerns. We ended up buying the car and we feel that we got a fair deal and Bill made the whole process enjoyable and less stressful. I am looking forward to enjoying one of the most reliable vehicles on the road today and being part of the Phillips family. THANK YOU BILL. YOU ARE THE BEST !!! More

Unfortunately I couldn’t come back with my mom to do paperwork and pick up car. She ended up leaving with a different Camry for $11,000 more that the agreed rice. The only difference rims and a JBL sound system. What a con artist!!! More
