Horrible!!!! Was completely lied to over the phone. My sales person Ashley was great but everything else was a complete nightmare. Shame on you toyota!!!! RAV 4 Great car. Many wonderful features. Great ride and drivability. Duey Cyr did an excellent job of explaining all my questions that I had on buying my R Great car. Many wonderful features. The best part about my test ride is his suggestion about taking the car home for a night and making sure my 95 year old father was able to get in and out with no problem.
